Class balance pre-tier 1.

I ran through and fixed all level 50 abilities to work the way they are meant to. Some of these changes will effect the way people level, but mostly for the better, more damage done, quicker kills, but the HP and stuff of lower mobs will not be adjusted in the near future.

• All stance/auras are now short buffs, so tanks can use them and block with no issues.
  
• Warmaster's stone now grant endurance
  
• Warmaster's ability: Execute now deals 150% of max endurance (up from 100%) and benefits more from dex as well as 30 second CD (up from 4 seconds).
  
• Brawler's ability: Form of the Giant/Battle Stance now deals 45% max endurance (down from 65%).
  
• Vanquisher's ability: Cyclone now deals 14% of max endurance (up from 6%) and benefits more from str.
  
• Pyromancer's ability: Pyromance's Assistant now grants mana and intellect.
  
• Darkness's ability: Form of the Shade now grants additional health regeneration and more haste.
  
• Marksman ability: Focus Shot now deals 130% of max endurance (down from 250%).
  
• Marksman ability: Thorns now deals 75 point when enemies strike (up from 30).
  
• Forest Stalker ability: Forest Stalker's Companion now deals 20-85 damage (up from 1 - 20) and has 600 HP (down from 916).
  
• Forest Stalker ability: Call of the Forest now deals 55% of your max HP (down from 100%).
  
• Forest Stalker ability: Shield of Weapons is now self only and lasts 5 seconds with a 1 minute duration (down from 30 seconds and 30 seconds).
  

Also, Item level is corrected for Juggernauts.
